1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the mk33 platform — including the website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, and payment features — you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with mk33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the mk33 platform and must not attempt to register or place any bets or wagers. mk33 reserves the right to deny access to any individual who does not comply with these Terms.

2 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "mk33" refers to the mk33 online betting and casino platform, accessible at mk33.io and its associated subdomains and applications.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the mk33 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a Player on the mk33 platform, used to access all betting, gaming and payment services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or free spins awarded to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must bet using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for cash withdrawal.
• "Services" means all products and features offered by mk33, including sports betting, live cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games and the Super Wheel.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity listed under Section 8 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the mk33 platform.

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use mk33. This age restriction applies to all players regardless of location. By completing the registration process, you expressly confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. mk33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a review of account activity.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

mk33 services are provided primarily for players based in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online betting and gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction. mk33 makes no representation that its services are legally available in any particular location outside Bangladesh.

3.3 Registration Accuracy

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid phone number and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register and operate only one mk33 account. Opening more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mk33 will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances pending a formal review. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact [email protected] immediately.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

mk33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by mk33 may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.

4 Account Management

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mk33 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. mk33 will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat or telephone. Any activity that takes place under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you formally notify mk33 of any unauthorised access.

4.2 Account Security

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify mk33 immediately by emailing [email protected]. mk33 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receipt of such a notification. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation that mk33 initiates in connection with suspected unauthorised access.

4.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your mk33 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal timeline. Any active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days.

4.4 Account Suspension by mk33

mk33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of Prohibited Conduct, breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of suspension, mk33 will communicate the reason to the Player where it is legally permissible to do so.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mk33 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mk33 does not currently accept payments in foreign currencies.

5.2 Minimum Thresholds

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request. mk33 does not impose a maximum single-deposit limit; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits, which are outside mk33's control.

5.3 Transaction Fees

mk33 does not charge any platform-side fee for deposits or withdrawals. Standard transaction charges applied by your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) or bank are the responsibility of the Player and are governed by the respective provider's fee schedule.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted by Players with verified accounts are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Players whose accounts are undergoing KYC verification may experience extended processing times until verification is complete. mk33 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers once a withdrawal has been initiated from the mk33 platform.

5.5 Funds Ownership and Anti-Money Laundering

All funds deposited into your mk33 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person, nor may you accept deposits into your account from a third party. mk33 operates anti-money laundering (AML) controls and may request the source of funds documentation for any transaction. Any account found to be involved in suspicious financial activity will be suspended pending investigation and reported to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the mk33 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market and game type, as published in the relevant rules section within the platform. By placing a bet or wager, the Player acknowledges and accepts the applicable rules for that market or game. mk33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, or placed in breach of these Terms.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are time-sensitive and odds may change rapidly. mk33 makes no guarantee of the availability or continuity of any live market during a sporting event. mk33 reserves the right to suspend or close any live market at any time without prior notice. Bets already accepted prior to market suspension remain valid unless voided under the terms of a manifest error or event cancellation policy.

6.3 Cancelled and Abandoned Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed and not resumed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account balance. Specific exceptions may apply to certain markets; these will be set out in the event-specific rules within the platform.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games offered through mk33 are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage. mk33 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round may be voided and any stake returned, or the outcome may be reconstructed from server-side logs at mk33's discretion.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

mk33 reserves the right to impose a maximum single-event winning cap or a maximum daily payout limit. Where applicable, these limits are displayed within the relevant betting market or game interface. Winnings that exceed platform-set limits may be paid in instalments at mk33's discretion.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available by mk33 are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion. Where a conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for matters relating to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable as cash. They must be wagered a specified number of times — the "wagering requirement" — before becoming eligible for cash withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement and any game-category restrictions (for example, slots contributing 100% and live casino contributing 10% toward the wagering requirement) are stated in the individual promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Validity Period

Each bonus award carries an expiry date, typically expressed as a number of days from the date of credit. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. mk33 will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

mk33 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free wagering outcome; using automated systems to place bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; or any form of collusion between players for the purpose of extracting bonus value. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds voided and may have their accounts permanently closed.

7.5 Promotions for Bangladesh Players

mk33 regularly offers seasonal promotions aligned with key calendar events relevant to Bangladeshi players, including Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) season bonuses, Eid promotions, Pohela Boishakh offers and Independence Day specials. All such promotions are in BDT, and eligibility is subject to these Terms alongside the specific promotion terms published on the platform at the time of the offer.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mk33 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the mk33 platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, crawlers or any other non-human interface to interact with the mk33 platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors or manifest pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, including depositing proceeds of crime or using mk33 as a mechanism to convert illicit funds into withdrawable cash.
• Depositing or receiving funds from third-party payment sources not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or reproduce any part of the mk33 platform or its game content.
• Abusing the customer support service through threatening, offensive or discriminatory language.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal.

9 Responsible Gaming

mk33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players in Bangladesh. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. 10 Intellectual Property

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mk33 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense, modify, adapt, decompile or create derivative works from any mk33 content; use the mk33 brand or logo without prior written authorisation; or scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the mk33 platform.

Game content delivered through the mk33 platform from third-party providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is governed by their individual licences.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mk33 shall not be liable to any Player for: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from the use of or inability to use the mk33 platform, even if mk33 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

mk33 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. mk33's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their mk33 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mk33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

mk33's collection, storage and use of personal data is governed by the mk33 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on mk33, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with its terms.

mk33 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the mk33 servers. Personal data is stored securely and is never sold or disclosed to third parties except where required for payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, or by order of a competent legal authority. 13 Amendments to These Terms

mk33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, mk33 will provide reasonable notice to active Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the mk33 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version entered into force. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the mk33 platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.3.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming and commercial contract law. In the event of a dispute between you and mk33 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation in the first instance.

To raise a formal dispute, you must contact mk33 in writing at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute, the relevant transaction or event reference, and your preferred resolution. mk33 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

Disputes regarding individual bet settlements must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. mk33 will not consider settlement disputes raised outside this window except in cases of clear system error or manifest manifest pricing errors.
